Front Desk & Administration Assistant
An entry-level position is available for someone looking to kick-start their career in administration. You will be positioned next to our lead receptionist and will learn all aspects of office administration. No experience is necessary (if you have some, great!) but you need to be well presented, have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- A professional yet fun phone manner
- The ability to work collaboratively (we only want team players)

- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
- Excellent efficiency and time management skills

- You have proven customer service skills, either in an office or hospitality environment - 'do you want fries with that?'
- Computer competency. You don't need to be Bill Gates but you do need to know your way around Microsoft
- Will have an understanding of the local area, we love staff who are involved with our local community and sports clubs
- Organisation is second nature to you; a messy desk upsets you – 'Tidy desk, tidy mind' is something you live by
- You would enjoy socialising with your other team members and participating in our office events
