27th February, 2024 To work as a member of the administration support team of Evangelisation Brisbane providing reception and administration support to a busy office. Key areas of responsibility of include the welcome and greeting visitors to the Office by phone, email or in person as well as managing the online shop, managing the account coding for sales, and ensuring prompt mail outs of both sold products and mail outs from the Office. To be successful, we would expect you to come with: At least two years of experience in administrative work Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, presentation and writing skills. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to effectively meet outcomes and deadlines in a fast paced and complex environment. Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and file sharing systems. A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission of the Catholic Church in Brisbane.
