Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer the phone, processing applications and data entry
- Arrears
- Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills: (Both verbal and written
- Reception duties
- Handling inquiries
- Mail handling
- Lease preparation, entry, exit and routine inspection reports
- Management of arrears and rent reviews
- General administration
Qualifications & experience
- Sound computer skills, including knowledge in Word, Outlook and experience with property management software
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
