The Heritage Inn, Bathurst is looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team.
About the Role:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of the reception desk including guest interactions, daily arrivals and departures, telephone interactions, processing online and direct reservations, payments and completing daily administration tasks
The Offer:
- A permanent part-time role, 14-20 hours per week, 2-3 shifts weekly
- Afternoon shifts - 2pm to 9pm
- Weekday position. May be asked to cover weekend shifts if a colleague is unwell or on leave.
- Weekday Rate - $26.18, Saturday $32.72, Sunday $39.27 - accrue annual leave, sick pay and super.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a busy hotel reception or administration environment
- An understanding of hospitality and tourism is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and work well under pressure
- A positive can-do attitude
- Must be reliable, honest and hardworking
