Full training and support will be provided with the opportunity to take on greater administration responsibilities.
As an all rounder role, responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and forwarding calls and messages
- Greeting visitors
- Coordinating mail and deliveries
- Data entry
- Maintaining boardrooms
- Organising catering
Requirements include:
- Minimum 1 year reception or office administration preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Easygoing flexible attitude, willing to learn
