Icon Financial Management is a well-established and reputable accounting firm located in Mount Hawthorn. We have clients across a wide range of industries and offer a range of services to our clients including accounting, taxation, and superannuation.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
We are looking for a confident individual to help with our busy firm's administration. This position will be full-time or part-time across a Monday to Friday work week.
The role will include a mixture of administration and receptionist duties and will be supporting 2 Directors, a Practice Manager, and a team of Accountants.
Examples of the types of activities you will be performing are:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Greeting guests and clients who visit the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Daily pick up and posting of mail
- Filing and document organization
- Client database maintenance
- Binding and preparing finished documents ready for presentation to clients
- Liaising with ATO
- Keeping the office clean and organized
Skills and Experience
- Previous reception work would be a bonus but not essential
- Accurate data entry skills
- Word and Excel experience
- Excellent time management
- Require drivers licence and car
- Must be confident and well presented
