About you:
You will ideally posses:
- Computer literate and a quick learner
- Professional phone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Self-motivated, high initiative and able to work unsupervised (post training)
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard
- Experience using Eclipse will be highly regarded but not essential
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- You will need a current drivers license and own vehicle.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Assisting transporters and Motor Dealers - Vehicle Pickups & Payments
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Weekly Vic Roads Documentation - Vehicle Acquisitions and Disposals
- PPSR Checks
- Taking EFTPOS payments and receipting
- Vehicle Gate Releases
- Prepare Auction Vehicle Sheets & Catalogues
