Receptionist

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Receptionist & Office Support who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Perth, Western Australia.

We are looking for someone who could provide an efficient, friendly and professional reception and office management service, including: 

•  Provide efficient reception and office management services, such as greeting and assisting guests and new employees.
• Answer, screen, and transfer customer telephone inquiries. 
• Organize couriers and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment. 
• Maintain confidentiality of correspondence, keep meeting rooms and common areas tidy, and manage stationery stocks. 
• Support the Site Facility Manager with security, maintenance, catering, sustainability, and archiving tasks. 
• Generate periodic facility management reports. 

Education/Qualifications: 

• Minimum: High school diploma. 

Experience: 

• Minimum of two (2) years' office environment experience, preferably in a similar document processing role. 
• SAP experience is a plus.
