The Position
We currently have a role on our team for a Corporate Receptionist who will be responsible for providing a professional, polite and efficient reception service. Based at a leading Australian financial institution in Melbourne CBD! Showcase your multi-tasking skills while providing exceptional customer service. This may also include supporting the catering team as and when required.
Key duties
- Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
- Following established procedures and registration with regard to both expected and unexpected arrivals
- Book meeting rooms and facilitate booking updates as required
- Ensure emails, intranet and phone enquiries are managed in a timely manner
- Manage and document client feedback
The Person
- Experienced in a comparable reception/client service environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Good Organisational skills
- EMS booking room system prior use desirable (not essential)
- Experience working in a corporate environment
- Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Due to the nature of these roles, a baseline background check may be completed prior to starting, therefore either residency or citizenship is a mandatory requirement*
