About the role
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will provide administration support across a range of recruitment activities in the region. Your primary focus will be on supporting candidates and pre-employment compliance, with opportunities to grow and develop your career.
About you
Previous experience in a high volume administration roles.
Experience within compliance role would be highly regarded.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, accurately with attention to detail and with minimum supervision in a highly confidential environment.
Demonstrated ability to organise workloads and manage competing priorities.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to change.
IT Savvy with systems experience such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, databases, MS Office etc.
Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders.
