About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in the heart of our School, providing crucial support to the Dean and ensuring smooth operations. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections and facilitating effective communication. Your expertise in organisation, project management, and document editing will be essential in aligning actions with strategic initiatives. - Provide executive support to the Dean, ensuring seamless operations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong connections
- Facilitate smooth communication between academic and professional staff
- Align actions with strategic initiatives to advance the Schools mission
To excel in this role, youll need:
- Extensive administrative experience in providing support at a senior level (relevant tertiary qualifications an advantage)
- Exceptional organisational, project, and time management skills
- Proficiency in executive-level report writing and document editing
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Teamwork, consultation, and facilitation skills

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 6 - $107,358 to $115,073 p.a. (comprising Salary of $90,719 to $97,238 p.a., plus 17% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
