Rehab Consultant - At-Risk Coordinator

The Opportunity

This role will be for a Rehabilitation Consultant who is looking to expand their scope of work to support staff across the business in managing and mitigating risk of harm.
This flexible role will all you to support and guide consultants in managing low, medium or high risk, ensuring duty of care is passed over to appropriate treating parties and the workers safety is maintained. Developing effective strategies such as safety plans or collaborative medical case conference to support all parties.

About you

• Registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist or Psychologist
• Car and valid Driver’s license
• Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work in autonomously and as part of a team
