Position Overview
As Restaurant & Bar Manager, it will be your role to assist in providing best practice operational processes and leadership to the business that will maximise profit & revenue and customer satisfaction. We want you to bring out your passion and deliver on the Core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity and Respect to each other and the guests.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the team’s development, scheduling, and nightly/daily service while leading your team with a hands-on approach. You'll act as an advocate for the restaurant and bar, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return!
What You Bring

- You can lead and develop a team. You are comfortable coaching, training and developing talent.
- You will work with the culinary team to deliver unique and signature experiences.
- You need to know your P&L’s from your G&T’s!
- Driving revenues is key whilst keeping the expense line in check!
- You have been part of a very successful management team running a restaurant and bar.
- You are an entrepreneur at heart who has their finger on the pulse and leading the way in new trends.
- Passion for crafting and personalising guest experiences. Highly motivated and flexible, possessing the ability to take initiative.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills with problem solving ability.
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, guest reservation systems, POS systems, etc
