Your role at a glanceThe Rostering and Administration Officer will be responsible for:
- Rostering employees for shifts in an efficient and effective manner;
- Monitoring hours worked by employer are within Lifely policy and procedures and industrial obligations;
- Managing employee leave, shift changes and staff replacement in a timely manner and in accordance with Lifely requirements;
- Maintaining professional connection with the team and ensure they’re strongly supported; and
- To make a positive and proactive contribution to the program team and Lifely team overall.
- Previous experience working in a similar role and/or qualifications within the disability or community services sector;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills;
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs and experience with a client management/rostering system;
- Ability to work in a busy environment, with tight deadlines and a strong attention to detail;
- Dedication to their job and their team; and
- Good presentation and a professional attitude.
