An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rostering Officer to work in our wonderful facility at Bateau Bay. This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. The role is accountable for accurately scheduling our care staff and registered nurses to cover all shifts in our facility.
There is also some administration included but is heavily a rostering role. Click on the below link to see our facility at Bateau Bayhttps://www.sccliving.org.au/our-services/residential-aged-care/find-a-community/reynolds-court-residential-aged-care As the Rostering Officer your duties will be, but not limited to: Deliver quality rosters in accordance with Southern Cross Care Enterprise Agreement Coordinate cover for all available shifts Provide administration support when required Communicate with key stakeholders in the business to deliver deadline driven outcomes.
Proven rostering experience in a similar role - minimum 2 years' experience. Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Experience in an Aged Care/Community Home Care (highly desirable) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail Proven ability to work in a team and also use initiative to work independently.
