An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rostering Officer to work in our wonderful facility at Bateau Bay. This role is full time Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
The role is accountable for accurately scheduling our care staff and registered nurses to cover all shifts in our facility. There is also some administration included but is heavily a rostering role.
As the Rostering Officer your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Deliver quality rosters in accordance with Southern Cross Care Enterprise Agreement
- Coordinate cover for all available shifts
- Provide administration support when required
- Communicate with key stakeholders in the business to deliver deadline driven outcomes.
