Next time you see a double-acting door at the back of a supermarket, or a high speed roll up door, -check out the logo; -its likely to be one of ours.About the roleWe're currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team to manage the frontline Sales administration, lead qualification and quoting for the business. The role will be office based and support our Sales team in delivering excellent customer service to our clients, and achieving the sales targets of the business.Responsibilities and Duties will include;Lead Generation and Customer Research activities including database updates, telemarketing and tender research.Sales Technician Calendar management. Set appointments and book meetings with clients. Enter meetings in CRM and sales calendars.Lead Qualification and Quoting. Data capture to CRM, project profiling and information gathering. Prepare and submit quotations and/or escalate to Sales Technicians for quoting. Manage active leads with regular follow up.CRM Champion. Manage and champion the integration of customer information from CRM (Hubspot) to ERP (M1).What you will need to succeed;Passion for working with people and achieving targets!Confident communicator - in person, on the phone and in writingPrior experience with CRM and sales programs Proficient computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAvailability to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.What you will get in return;This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation with a great culture and a ‘family comes first’ approach to work-life balance.
