The Role
As an assistant to the Business Development Team your multifaceted role will ensure the smooth running of the entire sales process. Your task will include, but won’t be limited to:
- Database and CRM management
- Liaising with internal production and construction teams in the smooth movement of sales files
- Liaising with external sales teams
- Coordination of contracts – land and build – for client signing
- General marketing tasks
- Ad hoc problem solving
About You
This is a newly established role so we are looking for someone who can come in and take over from day one.
- Experienced in all things sales administration
- An excellent problem solver
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understand the value of processes and know how to implement them
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Are relationship based and love working as part of a team
