THE ROLEThe Sales and Engagement activities are key functions within our centre. As our Sales and Engagement Officer, you would be:

• Facilitating the creation and execution of Sales and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting on all campaign, multimedia, and communication matters, including social media platforms relating to membership growth and revenue retention.
• Respond to membership enquiries and provide reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
• Support the negotiations for corporate and student residential memberships.
• Administer the event calendar, including marketing briefs and support across all communication mediums.

ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role you need:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a high-volume sales, communication, and administration position.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated skill and experience in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe creative suite, as well as database management and social media platforms.
• Strong Data Analytical skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Proven attention to detail.
• Knowledge of social media strategies considered an advantage.

This role requires a criminal history check, First Aid and CPR certificateABOUT USMacquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is a multi-purpose venue designed to help meet all the health, fitness and sporting needs of our members and guests. Our facilities include a 6-lane heated indoor pool, and an 8-lane outdoor heated Olympic-sized swimming pool. The centre features a fully equipped health club, group and virtual fitness classes, squash courts, gymnastics / aquatics programs and social sports.Macquarie University Sport Fields operates 7 days a week, our facilities include 5 professional playing fields which accommodates a variety of events, stadium lighting, canteen, and BBQ areas, and four change rooms.BENEFITS
