- Reporting on all campaign, multimedia, and communication matters, including social media platforms relating to membership growth and revenue retention.
- Respond to membership enquiries and provide reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the negotiations for corporate and student residential memberships.
- Administer the event calendar, including marketing briefs and support across all communication mediums.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a high-volume sales, communication, and administration position.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated skill and experience in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe creative suite, as well as database management and social media platforms.
- Strong Data Analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proven attention to detail.
- Knowledge of social media strategies considered an advantage.
