Sales And Service Coordinator

Clisby is a South Australian engineering company providing Sales and Service in air compression, filtration, storage and process equipment.

We are located in the Western suburbs and we are looking for a Sales and Service Coordinator who is energetic, disciplined, reliable and can start immediately. Ideally the applicant will have a broad range of skills and industry experience in a similar role that has technical engineering and equipment understanding with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in the air compressor industry will be an added advantage.

Main duties will include but limited to:

• Customer service
• Handle sales enquiries of air compressor and spare parts
• Quotations and follow ups 
• Mixture of in house Sales and on the road
• Plan and coordinate service technicians to peak efficiency, customer calling and work scheduling
• Procurement orders for service spares

Successful candidates will require the following skills, experience and personal attributes:

• Ability to prepare & present technical sales proposals
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Performance driven with an interest in industrial equipment
• Ability to maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients
• Quality and Safety skilled and awareness
• Self-motivated and a "can do attitude"
• Friendly and approachable personality with ability to adapt to different cultures
• Proficiency in MS software, especially Words, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Driver's license
• Valid Forklift License, an added advantage. 
• Bachelor or Diploma of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering may be an added advantage, but not essential.
