Your goal is to contact outbound leads and engage inbound leads to secure meetings and opportunities for our sales team (BDMs). Your responsibilities include:
Cold calling leads - CFO's, Financial Controllers, Finance Managers.Quickly develop an understanding of eftsure's ideal customer base and effectively showcase eftsure unique value propositions - whether through phone, email, or LinkedIn.Take cold leads, warm them up and convert them into qualified opportunities for the BDMs with whom you'll be partnered.Draft highly personalised emails that engage leads by helping them recognise the problems eftsure solves and the value it can offer to their organisations.Enjoy creative license and demonstrate resourcefulness in managing limited time and resources wisely, to ensure you're always doing things that really matter and get you closer to success.
What you need to succeed:
Experience in a BDR or SDR role and are comfortable engaging leads on the phone.A 'Hunter' mentality that enjoys seeking out new businessWhile you will receive training and resources, you can 'adapt and connect' , tailoring every conversation to a lead's unique circumstances,Tenacity, ambition, enthusiasm and high energy.Open and comfortable with direct feedback.Ideally, you have experience at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company.If you have experience selling to finance leaders or working in the financial and/or payments control environment that is advantageous.You're familiar with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
