Our organisation is a leading supplier of Automotive Paint and Consumables to the vehicle refinishing industry. We are a customer-focused business that believes in delivering the best service experience possible for our customers.
Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role would be suited to an experienced automotive sales person or automotive tradesperson looking to step into a sales or business development role in Greater Sydney area.
You would be working with existing and prospective customers, taking orders, ensuring high levels of customer service whilst also promoting the advantages of our suite of products and what sets us apart from the competition.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities include: -
- Account management of existing customer base
- Build new business within the region
- Drive customer service and customer success
- Promote the technical advantages of products in the product portfolio through regular product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Support the installation of Paint systems and troubleshoot with existing customers
Our ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and the automotive industry. They will be able to think outside the square when dealing with issues and be confident with their technical knowledge, whilst being a true team player.
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria: -
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry - Sales, Parts or Trade background preferred.

This role comes with an attractive salary package and a fully maintained company car. Some regional travel to Customers may be required.
