An incredible opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our close-knit Commercial Partnership team in Chullora!
Your job role includes:
• Travel to ACT/Newcastle
• Maximise monthly sales budget and yearly sales budget on a personal basis
• Visit customers as per set call cycle
• Follow replace call cycle as required by team leaders
• Place orders with individual customers to optimise the stock level in a timely manner
• Recommend and distribute new lines to customers
• Solicit additional stock orders where opportunities exist
• Check data code and rotate stock as required
• Identify out-of-stock and follow up
• Check quality and appearance of stock to ensure saleability and report discrepancies that
may be considered a product risk
• Check store range compliance against applicable layout profiles
• Build layout and relays stores as required
• Report to team leaders on closing store or potentially closing stores
• Maintain effective business relationship with store managers / owners
• Report competitive new lines or market activities being launched
• Report parallel import product
• Check monthly promotional program tie-up against master file
• Collect outstanding payment from the customers in a timely manner
• Identify new business opportunities and discuss with team leaders
• Complete merchandising call report, including POSM report and status, reporting
competitor’ activities, pricing, product ranging, promotional activities, displays, audit daily
through SalesIQ
• Set up regular small or large-scale display of product, replenish the product in the display
and feedback to team leaders re customer reaction to the display and promotions
• Contact demo promoters and being capable to illustrate demo briefings to demo promoters
• Conduct regular weekday and weekend in-store demos
• Conduct regular visit to restaurants and feedback team leaders the info required
• Check weekly promotional tie up against Masterfile
• Build and ticket display as required
• Use product knowledge to seek in store promotional activities within available retail space
• Adapting to SOP and guidelines set for the sales team, and working cooperatively with other
teams
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management as and when necessary, the above may be subject to change from time to time.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
• Full Australian working rights
• A current Australian driver’s license
• Ability to travel to ACT/Newcastle
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Attention to detail and commercial acumen

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (preferred)
