Falcones Bread is a family owned bakery that has been supplying fresh bread since 1953 to major retailers, food service providers and restaurants.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Representative based in Sydney.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement NSW/ACT sales strategy in line with the overall company sales strategy
- Identify and develop relationships with Key National Customer Accounts
- Analyse and report on national sales data
- Build strong internal relationships within all areas of the business, particularly production and Quality Assurance
- Liaise closely with the General Manager on overall business direction
Job requirements:
- A minimum of five years' experience in a comparable role, ideally in the food service channel
- A strong commercial background that shows sales success in the premium food industry
- A passion for high quality produce
- The ability to forge excellent internal and external relationships
- The ability to maintain and build existing client relationships while always seeking new opportunities to develop.
- Experience developing and delivering quarterly/annual business plans; develop action where results falling short of plans
- Solid budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- weekly reporting to the general manager.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. Salary will be reviewed annually.
