The role is offered with flexibility in mind (1-2 days WFH aswell as early start and finish times). The General Manager is open to a discussion around what that can look like for you.
About you:
- Quantify building materials and generate purchase orders.
- Provide accurate costings for “in-construction” variations.
- Read and interpret architectural plans, selection schedules and specifications.
- Document control, ensure all documents are cohesive. Any amendments required are applied to documents, and updated documents distributed to relevant parties.
- Management of project budgets and margins.
- Provide support to the projects team
- Attendance of project meetings and provide weekly reporting on scheduling updates.
- Processing of invoices.
- $70k - $100k + Super (open to discussion)
