Our client, a leading private school located centrally on the Gold Coast, is seeking a service focused and detailed oriented Admissions Officer to join their team in a Part-Time capacity.
This position offers exceptional flexibility with part-time hours of 15 hours per week, structured across two or three days (flexible for the right candidate), and operating exclusively during the school term (aligns with state school terms), allowing you to have the school holidays off.
As the Admissions Officer, you will serve as a welcoming face, whilst embodying the values and ethos of the school. You will be a point of contact for new and existing families, providing professional and personalised assistance throughout the enrolment process, all whilst ensuring administrative duties and customer enquiries are handled efficiently and respectfully.
Your role is pivotal in ensuring that families feel valued and supported as they join or navigate through the school community, while also comprehending and championing the values and benefits of the College.
It is a genuine occupation requirement that the position is held by an employee who has a personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ and is in regular fellowship and good standing with a local Christian church. Traditional Christian qualities are lived out and exhibited daily.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you'll enjoy a varied set of duties and responsibilities that keep each day engaging and rewarding. A typical day will find you:
- Assisting with administrative duties / data entry.
- Interacting with customers to respond to enrolment-related enquiries.
- Scheduling interviews with prospective families.
- Conduct regular campus tours.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Be proficient in Office 365.
- Have high attention to detail (essential)
- Have proficiency in synergetic, and other platforms/technology (beneficial, not essential)
- Have experience using marketing databases, such as Funnel, or similar.
- Build effective, supportive, and professional relationships.
- Demonstrate active involvement in reflective practice and professional growth.
- Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and reliability.
- Collaborate professionally and reliably in shared tasks.
- The ability to work autonomously.
How to Apply:

- Experience in administration, including managing data records and reporting; skills in Microsoft Office suite, at least an intermediate knowledge of Excel. Experience in a marketing database (eg Funnel) is desirable however not essential.
- Experience in enrolment/admissions environment, preferably within the education sector (highly desirable).
- Demonstrated understanding and alignment with the Christian faith, including active involvement in local church activities or communities, while respecting and valuing diverse religious perspectives.
