Princess Alexandra Transit CareHub and Interim Admission Centre are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join their team. The Interim Admission Centre (IAC) provides access to an interim inpatient bed for patients admitted from certain areas. IAC assists Patient Flow through ED by proactively transferring and managing clinically appropriate patients. The Transit Care Hub (TCH) provides a systematic approach in early identification and movement of discharging patients through TCH and enhancing every patient journey. TCH helps in creating earlier access for admissions to acute beds by using the ‘Pull & Push Strategy’.
