The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Senior Events officer to join our Town in delivering events to our vibrant & diverse community. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the set up and smooth delivery of the Town's event requirements, attending to client needs and having valued input in event planning and parameters.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside the community of Port Hedland, arts & cultural organisations as well as prospective artists & performance groups!

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

• Degree qualification in Events or a relevant field and or relevant experience
• National Police Clearance
• Current 'C' class driver's license
• Rights to work in Australia
