About the Role As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will support working partnerships across our business in the areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Engagement and Inclusion, and Coaching and Mentoring. You will spend the majority of your time partnering with employees, supporting them to understand process, benefits and organisation culture, to have the best employee experience; and you will partner with line supervisors and managers to ensure they have the resourcing and supports that are needed to support their objectives. About You You will be the type of person who loves working with a diverse range of people and are committed to the promotion and support of employee mental health and wellbeing. Your previous experience in a similar Human Resources Business Partnering or Human Resources generalist role will be important as you work across the full range of the employee lifecycle, and your knowledge of employee relations activities will contribute to your success in the role.
