About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of OD related frameworks and strategies in medium to large organisations; including working with multiple Organisational Development initiatives in an integrated way to help enable cultural aspirations.
- Experience in leading the development and implementation of HR/Organisational Development and change programs and strategies in medium to large sized organisations (such as employee engagement, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, learning and development program and cultural change).
- Experience in managing medium to large sized projects in a dynamic and complex environment including demonstrated capability to plan, schedule and organize cross functional projects given multiple priorities or perspectives.
- Strong knowledge of HR issues, policies and legislation in addition to current practices and trends.
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience, or extensive experience and management expertise, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
