We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who can bring fresh ideas to the business, who wants to help innovate & grow the rent roll.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity to manage a well-maintained, local portfolio with a Property Officer and Accounts and administrator to support.
- Manage a local portfolio
- The property Officer will Assist with some inspections in the portfolio
- Effectively liaise with landlords
- Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for bonds & attend CTTT hearings
- NO Accounts, NO Leasing, and NO Weekends
