About our Opportunity
This role involves providing administrative support to the service department, ensuring all documentation relating to service is completed accurately and efficiently. As well as assisting other areas of the Administration team with client reporting and ad-hoc duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Sub-contractors daily
- Entering sub-contractor invoices
- Quoting rectifications and sub-contracted maintenance
- Large amount of data entry
- Assist with bookings for our Auditors
- Answer incoming calls assisting customers with enquiries.
- Direct calls and convey messages promptly and accurately.
- Working with the Administration team in undertaking ad-hoc duties
About You:
- Warm and friendly manner & great communication skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office including word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
- have ability to follow instructions and positively welcome feedback.
- have ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- be dependable and punctual
- Driver's license and reliable transport
