Job DescriptionReporting to the Service Supervisor, is responsible for the effective coordination of Service Technician scheduling and administration.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the client, preparing accurate and timely quotations, and coordinating the delivery of parts and services to meet the client expectations. You will raise non-conformance reports and communicate with Quality and Engineering departments for warranty related issues and be responsible for generating, maintaining, and closing service orders.
Qualifications- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-tasks and organize priorities
- Understanding of basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MTMS
- Experience of working in a practical engineering environment
