About the role
This role is a full time position, based in the Taree Manning region. Our Home Care team provide in home and respite care services to the Mid North Coast; working closely with primary health, hospitals and residential aged care services. You will be leading a dynamic and growing team, with the support of a regional leadership group including clinical care specialist staff. A wonderful leadership opportunity in an ever expanding area of care.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing strong leadership to ensure safe, effective and responsive care to meet of the local community
- Working with regional and national home care team to drive transformational change in clinical governance, digital technology, and service offerings
- Support capabilities of the wider team to provide opportunities for growth and development within Calvary
About you
- Experience in Aged/Disability/Community sector
- Strong background in lean principles, quality, safety and risk.
- Ability to assess and develop strategies to support people requiring assistance at home.
- People Management and Team Leadership experience including motivating and developing people in their role whilst supporting productive working relationships and fostering a culture of best practice in the workplace.
- Experience in identifying new sources of business with the ability to convert these to clients in consultation with relevant stakeholders.
