Service Manager
Tri-Tech Air Conditioning & Electrical is a long-established Brisbane based company situated in Morningside. We are a multi-award winner of Mitsubishi Electric SE Qld Diamond Dealer of the Year and a Daikin Super Dealer. Specialising in the installation and replacement of Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin Air-Conditioners, performing planned preventative maintenance, diagnosis of breakdowns & carry out repairs to these brands amongst many others.
A vacancy now exists as our Service Manager for an immediate start.
The Responsibilities of this role include:
- Organising, prioritising and scheduling service jobs for a team of 4-6 service technicians.
- Managing and developing strong respectful customer relationships with a large volume of service contracted customers.
- Processing all job related data within our SimPRO software system. SimPRO experience highly advantageous.
- Procuring parts and ensuring spare parts are available in a timely manner for repairs.
- Working as a part of team with a strong work effort with a desire to provide the highest level of service.
- Taking ownership of service related administrative tasks.
- Answering incoming service calls from customers.
To be successful you will:
- Have an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Trade qualification (preferred) and/or related tertiary qualifications.
- Possess a good work ethic, be reliable and enjoy being the pivot point within the team.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and schedule many tasks simultaneously especially during our busy summer periods.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive customer service experience.
- Have the ability to be proactive, take the lead and provide directives to technicians.
- Have sound Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
- Have a good understanding of the Brisbane area and a sound understanding of traffic flows throughout, i.e. suburb locations for planning efficient job runs.
