About the Role
We are seeking a passionate car enthusiast and natural leader to lead a vibrant Service Department Team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated team with years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and developing lasting relationships with our customers. Over the years the team has fostered a high following of loyal customers. We have a superior support structure in place to ensure you succeed.
About You
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
- A qualified mechanic
- Experience as a Service Manager; including experience with manufacturers and new car franchises
- A sound understanding of vehicle warranties and recalls and how they pertain to the service department
- A team player who understands the importance of working with different departments to achieve goals
- Able to collaborate with other departments (Parts, Sales and Service) to achieve organisational goals
- Possess exceptional communication skills with an ability to build and develop customer relationships
- Be process driven with a drive to succeed and achieve key KPI’s
- Ability to train, mentor, motivate and develop a team of around 15 members
- Professional and well presented
- Current driver’s license
- Police clearance
