As we continue to grow, we are thrilled to announce our role as the primary mine operator at Extension Hill, situated 270km southeast of Geraldton.
The remarkable achievements at this site so far have sparked an increase in our operational demands. We now require a Site Administrator to become a vital part of the Terra Mining Team.
About The Position
Working an 8&6 roster and reporting to the Senior Site Administrator, you will provide support to site management and delivery of information and data in a timely fashion.
Your day-to-day activities will include but not limited to:
- Providing full administrative support to the project
- Ensuring document control processes are adhered to and completed
- Ensuring time sheets are processed accurately and submitted to payroll on time
- General data entry, maintaining fuel register and reconciliation, maintaining pre-start information including machine usage (hours / km) defects and machine critical history collection and management
- Generation of monthly reports for the management team
- Other general administration and site duties
What You Will Bring
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a Site Administration role or significant experience in similar role
- Working knowledge of mining projects is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organisation chart
- High level of time management, organisational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands within the business
- Ability to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level of computer literacy, particularly with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Teams)
