Join our team at HP Inc, a global leader in the technology industry, and play a key role in shaping the Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) strategy for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. We are in search of a dynamic SMB Business Development Manager (BDM) who will spearhead the SMB growth initiatives across channels for all our Commercial Personal Systems products. This role is pivotal in leveraging specially curated SMB products to maximize market impact, enhance competitiveness, and achieve sustainable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the SMB strategy, focusing on driving growth across channels for all Commercial products.
- Utilizing specialized SMB products tailored for this market segment to effectively meet the unique needs of SMB customers.
- Driving competitiveness and growth by increasing market share and sales in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborating closely with channel partners, distribution networks, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of SMB initiatives.
- Generating comprehensive reports on SMB performance to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leading efforts to achieve strategic outcomes in the SMB market, actively contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Designing and implementing best practice programs and executions to optimize SMB market penetration.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SMB market dynamics and trends.
- Proven Business Development skills, with a focus on SMB growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Commercial products and the ability to tailor offerings to the unique requirements of the SMB segment.
- Competence in driving market share growth and sales through effective channel partnerships.
- Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with channel partners, distribution networks, and sales teams.
- Excellent reporting capabilities, with the ability to communicate SMB performance metrics to senior management.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes in the SMB market.
- Experience in delivering best practice programs and executions for Business Development.
Experience:
- A proven track record in SMB Business Development and strategy implementation.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and competitiveness in the SMB market.
- Experience working collaboratively with channel partners, distribution networks, and sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to deliver best practice programs and executions that yield tangible results.
