The Vikings Group have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our fast-paced and talented kitchen team!
In this role you will:
- Prepare a variety of dishes to the highest standards
- Assist in ordering and stock control
- Help mentor and train kitchen team members
- Ensure compliance is met across food safety, in all areas
About you:
- Recent experience as a Sous chef. (Club experience would be an advantage)
- Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar qualification
- Great communicator with the ability to maintain and build relationships with internal and external customers
- Committed to achieving the highest quality food outcomes
- Work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proven time management skills
- Available to work across 7 days, including most weekends
The successful applicants will have Australian working rights and will be subject to a National Police History Check.
