About the role
We are looking for a Chef De Partie and Sous Chefto join our Louis team in a permanent capacity.
- Assisting in planning menus and ordering food supplies
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Consistency in product quality and presentation
- Planning menus and costing of food production
- Chef de Partie must be able to manage own section, and assist other sections
What you will bring

- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Great attention to detail and passion in your field
- Understanding of cost control, menu planning and food cost
- Chef de Partie and Sous- Previous experience or minimum 15 months experience a pervious role
- Apprentice positions will also be considered for the right candidates
