Overview:
Student Administration Manager postion is vital in handling different administrative tasks for students. This position will oversee the entire student journey, from enrollment to course completion, ensuring compliance and leading the student services team.
Currently, we are looking for an applicant who can work full-time with our organsiation from Monday to Friday.
Eligibiltiy Requirements:
- Atleast one year previous experience in Student Administration in an RTO
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for an RTO
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing teams effectively.
- Experience in using Wisenet or any smilar student management systems.
- Knowledge in generating reports from PRSMS
- Relavent qualifications or certifications relevant to education administration may be prefered
Main duties and responsibilities -
- Managing student enrollment procedures and documentation
- Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring confidentiality
- Coordinating course scheduling and materials distribution
- Supporting instructors in assessment administration and grading
- Providing guidance to students on academic matters and referring them to support services
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and participating in audits
- Managing technology and systems for efficient administrative processes
- Leading and supervising the student services team to foster a collaborative work environment
