Position: Education and Student Support Officer
Type: Part-time (2-3 days a week)

We're a vibrant and enthusiastic team committed to empowering students from Year 1 to Year 12 to reach their full potential. Our office culture is both supportive and energetic, where every team member plays a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct seminars and training sessions for groups of up to 20 students, focusing on communication and collaboration skills.
- Utilize your teaching or university background along with experience working with students to develop engaging and effective seminar content.
- Influence student behavior positively, discover their interests and abilities, and foster a supportive learning environment through one-on-one sessions with parents and children.
- Document student progress and interaction outcomes effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in teaching or education.
- Experience working with students, preferably aged between Year 1 to Year 12.
- Motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a long-term temporary position, initially for a period of 6 months, with the potential for permanent placement.
