Are you a whiz at Google Sheets and love being in a fast paced, close team environment?
We are looking for our next Team Assistant to help run a busy campaign schedule and daily administrative tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
The role:
- Manage the campaign and billing schedule
- Send invoices and following up outstanding payments
- Set up consultant desks ready for a day on the phones
- Manage the shared inbox, calendars and in-bound calls
- Assist in organizing staff engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with social media and marketing activities
- ADHOC admin tasks as delegated each day to support our 4 campaign managers
About you:
- You are a team player, love collaborating and work in a busy team
- At least two years in a similar role
- Highly proficient in G-suite programs
- Fast leaner and take feedback on board well
- Flexible to change up your working hours as required with the work demand
- You are happy to take on new tasks and learn
About the company:
Our office is located in Spring Hill, Brisbane which is a 5 minute walk from Central Train Station with car parking options available nearby.
We work during business hours Monday to Friday.
