What you'll do

• Lead and manage your team (up to 25 team members) to success across safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance.
• Engage and develop your people using proven leadership strategies.
• Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team
• Continually educate and empower your people to work to the highest safety standards
• Drive a culture of Continous Improvement
• Manage the day-to-day operations, adapting to the ever-changing environment

What you'll bring

• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results
• Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly
• In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to reach a range of a
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms.
• Demonstrated resilience in meeting challenging targets and timeframes, and role modelling determination.
