Technical Sales Representative required for a turn-key industrial automation & robotics solution provider in Sydney or Brisbane. Generous bonus & Car!

Your Role:
Our client, an Australian-owned and innovative company, is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their team in Sydney, NSW (Brisbane, QLD could be an option for the right candidate). Reporting to the Country General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales for a cutting-edge, turn-key industrial automation and robotics solutions provider. This role will see you identifying opportunities to provide new clients with industry-leading engineered automated solutions as well as proactively farming within existing accounts.
You will cover New South Wales and Queensland and will execute your sales strategy to drive continued market growth along with exceptional customer service. Selling from concept through to sign-off, this is an exciting and dynamic role that will suit a passionate go-getter who enjoys problem-solving and creating a solution for end-user clients.
This role will see you undertaking the following key responsibilities:
  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive new business.
  • Manage existing key accounts.
  • Communicate technical expertise on company products and services for impactful sales.
  • Identify and promote new business growth opportunities with tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and contribute insights for refining sales strategies.

Is This You!?
You will possess the following attributes and experience:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or associated technical background
  • Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience within a technical environment.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell & Allen Bradley Software and Products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and communication technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and manufacturing processes (highly desirable).
