People and Performance Branch is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic professional to fill a permanent position as Workforce Planning Senior Advisor in the Workforce Strategy Team.
Working under the direction of the Assistant Director Workforce Planning, the Workforce Planning Senior Advisor will work closely with diverse stakeholders across the Directorate to generate reports and consolidate input to Directorate Workforce Planning, and related initiatives to facilitate evidence-based decision making.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Relevant professional qualification in HR/Workforce Planning would be an advantage.
Notes: A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
