We are recruiting an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant for this Melbourne role overseeing the full lifecycle of Business Development, focusing on identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and making successful placements. This role encompasses both sales and talent acquisition.
Identify Prospects, Leads, and Opportunities:
- Understand complete service offering and sell the comprehensive services.
- Make cold and warm calls to allocated accounts within the NSW government sector.
- Sell all lines of business with a core focus on recruitment services – contract and permanent for projects, programmes, PMO and agile
- Obtain job briefs from customers for recruitment requirements.
- Source candidates through networks and use of tools such as Seek, LinkedIn and SignalHire.
- Maintain the CRM with comprehensive client and candidate details.
- Work with the Customer Success Team to ensure the correct background and other customer-required checks are put in place.
- Negotiate rates with both customer and candidates to drive the require gross margin for opportunities and sales.
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure the smooth on-boarding and off-boarding of candidates.
- Meet regularly with both candidates and reporting managers to provide feedback and drive greater opportunities in accounts.
- A proven 360-recruiter sales background with over 8+ years of experience in Australia.
- A proven track record in achieving sales targets, procuring new accounts, managing accounts, including lead generation, business pitches, proposal preparation, and exceeding sales targets.
- A successful track record, complete with references, in Recruitment/Account Management
- Clear understanding of selling professional services.
