About the role:
Crowntex Australia is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic account's administrator to join the office-based team, located in Epping, VIC. The role would specifically suit an individual who can multitask and thrives in a small team environment. The office-based team are friendly, supportive, and inclusive.
Key responsibilities:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Project costings
- Liase with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders for accounts and administration related queries
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively monitor your workload and utilise task prioritisation
- Ability to treat sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialitly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible and adaptable to a continually evolving business environment
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite, and QuickBooks Online
Applicants must have at least two years' experience and hold at least a certificate IV in accounting.
