About you:
- Experience working in a corporate finance function
- Knowledge of systems for capturing time, recording supplier invoices, acquitting credit card expenses, and online banking
- Basic to intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications
- Ability to work as an effective team member in a professional environment
- Willingness to constantly update knowledge in a dynamic environment

Your responsibilities will include:
Assist in the processing of transactions across multiple business units including:
Preparation of Accounts Payable vouchers
Supporting the Timesheet Administrator on tracking timesheet submissions and arranging corrections
Arranging the issue and cancellation of corporate credit cards
Verifying the accuracy of credit card transaction reports completed by cardholders
Preparing customer invoices
Liaising with internal stakeholders in relation to overdue debtors
Provide support in responding to queries from auditors and internal stakeholders
Participate in month-end close activities
