Form of workPOSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the coordination and administration of the Company Creditor System, customer service, administrative and record maintenance in a timely and accurate manner whilst maintaining a strict adherence to company Confidentiality and Procedures as outlined in the Employment Contract. Interaction and communication with Management and other employees must be in a manner that maintains a cooperative and supportive work environment. Enhance Customer Service by communicating with the general Public, Vendors and Suppliers in a courteous, cooperative and competent manner.
All work is to be performed in a manner that provides a Safe Work Environment, in agreement to company Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This includes, but is not limited to, the following functions: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Receive and Compile Invoices with Purchase
Orders and Delivery Dockets for approval by Management, reviewing proper Accounting Codes, Machinery Codes and Payment Terms
